Where Power Meets The Perfect Match

Complete a Confidential Questionnaire

Schedule your WEM Assessment and complete a confidential questionnaire. The questionnaire is required and must be received prior to your assessment. The link is provided upon confirmation of your assessment appointment.

WEM Assessment

The second step is to complete a 90-minute assessment which is completed by video call with a senior member of our matchmaking team. There is a $425 processing fee associated with this step. This is formatted as in-depth conversation to learn as much about you as possible. Once completed, the team will meet to discuss your qualification and success potential. 

Post-Assessment Review

The final step, will be another call with your client intake specialist who will share feedback from your assessment and ultimately, deliver our determination, did you make the cut? If you are indeed someone whom we feel has success potential, fees and service levels will be determined and a full background check will be processed.

Relax – We Do The Work For You

You’ll have a whole team working on your search. Once selected, we will discuss each potential match with you for your approval. Once matches are approved, we will work with you to coordinate and plan your first date.
